How to find true peace

For years people have instructed me to steer away from talking about pain and suffering when it comes to Fluid Isometrics and Block Therapy. But pain and suffering were what Fluid Isometrics was born out of, and it’s time for me to be authentic with my message.

Looking back on my early adult life, I was in such a negative place. My addictions ran my life. My behaviors and thoughts were totally chaotic.  My relationships were based on fear, rather than love, and I felt no connection to anything magical or great. I truly loathed myself.

For me, sharing with people how I moved from the person I used to be to the person I am today is the reason I’ve made Fluid Isometrics my life’s purpose.

There was a time when I was really heavy, and I carried much of the extra weight in my belly. I used to think  that if my belly was flat I would be totally calm, because my belly was all I ever thought (and stressed) about. When I was finally happy with how my belly looked I still stressed, just about other things. Living in a state of stress had become such a habit, that I just repeated it in other areas of my life.

Today, I still have many moments of feeling that intense discomfort, but it doesn’t last long. Because I have created more space within my body, waves of energy easily enter and pass through. They don’t get stuck like they used to. When you come to expect discomfort and pain, but enter it unafraid, you can move through it and release it quickly and efficiently before anxiety and panic set in. With the extra space you have created, there is more room for feelings of love and peace.

Using the Block Buddy regularly helps us connect into the pain our body carries at even the deepest levels. Soon, that deeper physical pain begins to surface and release, and the emotion that is trapped in that pain also begins to move up and out of the body, leaving us feeling calmer and a peace.

I believe we are all searching for this sense of peace and well-being. A regular practice of Block Therapy can help us find it. I have experienced, first-hand, that when peace is present, conscious action takes over from reaction, and everything is different!
