What you need to do is give energy to those sites and release the internal struggle they create.

There are 3 things that need to happen in order to create change...
When we wind down over time, what is lost is the space in the tissue. Compression creates blocks to blood and oxygen flow, as well as blocks the cells from being properly cleaned. This causes pain and tension in the tissue. Block Therapy releases compression properly feeding and cleaning the cells resulting in healthy tissue.
Instruction of proper diaphragmatic breathing is the driver of this process as it turns on the internal furnace, optimizing the melting effect. The adhesions in the fascia are heated and melted, and the space created is inflated with oxygen. This results in a release of the cause sites holding our body out of alignment.
