21 Day Full Body Posture Reset

May 31 - June 20

For optimal performance in everyday life, a person needs the entire body to be working synchronously: connected and fluid. If any areas are restricted or disconnected, compensations set in and create a body that is vulnerable to injury. Whether you are an athlete or an individual living your life, you want a body you can rely on to get the job done.

The 21- Day Full Body Posture Reset is going to be an overall full-body program, starting from the foundation up.

Week 1 – This will ensure an overall release of the legs and feet; as well as create a strong connection to the root. Combining Block Therapy with Foundation Building will set the stage for the rest of the body.

Week 2 – This week will target the core and strengthen rotation. Releasing the ribcage and creating symmetry in the psoas are necessary to gain control of your center. This will create freedom in your movements and connection to your core.

Week 3 – This week will focus on releasing and aligning the shoulders and arms. This will help you gain range of motion, strength and precision to your actions.

This series began Sunday May 31 and is accessed from the Daily Guided Program section of the member site. We are posting each day in the Block Therapy Community to encourage and support all who participate.
