All Things Low Back – Free Monthly Series

June 16 - June 18

When your low back is out of whack, your entire life becomes affected. Movement takes on a new meaning, as compensations, restrictions and pain become a daily chore.

As we learn with Block Therapy, there are cause sites to the pain, and the low back has many areas that affect its function. The calves and feet are a huge area of concern, as they torque the body into their fascia pattern with every step. The collapsing ribcage adds immense pressure and stress to the low back, forcing the muscles to do a job they are not meant to do. The low back, being in the center of the body, is at the apex of this confusion.

Because of these cause sites, working directly on the low back is not something we start with in Block Therapy. It is important to work the body as a whole before diving directly into the low back..

At a minimum, you should complete the 9 Intro Classes in the Starter Package before doing this 3-part series. At this time you will have worked the whole body, connected to your breath and created space in the front of the body to handle the work in the back.

This is an absolutely blissful experience when you are ready to dive in. Get ready to lengthen and strengthen the back!

Date: June 16-18

Time: 10:00am CST each day

This series will be available June 16-18 to those who have the Starter Program. Each day begins at 10:00am CST and will remain available for 24 hour. You will be able to access these classes here. This series will then be added to the membership.
