Cheers! Certified Instructor and Block Therapist, Heidi Hunter from Until Now Block Therapy invites you to join her on Zoom, with a butt sculpting class. This is a more advanced class which combines transitions and isometrics. The goal is to build postural muscles in the pelvis, while sculpting the butt. You may be surprised in the shifts during this class, opening up for more freedom and fluidity through your hips and releasing the lower back as we target this important postural foundation.
