Breathe & Release Stress & Emotions Class-Monday

An event every week that begins at 6:45 pm on Monday, repeating until October 24, 2022
Delve deeper into your Block Therapy practice by staying in each position longer and using Five Element Metaphors to find the emotional connection to your stress and pain. This class is tailored to those who have completed the Starter Program and are familiar with the positions. If you are feeling your emotions are fragile or delving into your emotions causes you distress, this class is not for you. I would be happy to work with you one on one to work through emotional release in a safe space in a controlled environment.
