Core Class is the foundational class to begin your Block Therapy practice in order to bring heat to the core, melt adhesions, and start to lift the ribcage into proper alignment.
This extended version of the core class is a beautiful way to open the ribcage and relax into a new alignment. The ribcage is the foundation for the shoulders and the neck. Not only will this class allow deeper access to the diaphragmatic breath, it will also prepare the upper body for continued work into the arms, hands, head and neck.
In-studio classes will be available through Zoom with the recording accessible for 24 hours. Must register 2 hours in advance to receive link.
