Certified Instructor and Block Therapist, Heidi Hunter from Until Now Block Therapy invites you to join her on Zoom, for a relaxing Facelift class.
Make your living room into a self-care spa. Grab a cozy blanket, and some cushions. Join us for a beautiful, meditative class which will feed your face, neck and scalp. Releasing facia in this area feels SO great afterwards, and supports those who suffer from headaches, jaw tension, sinus issues, and anxiety challenges.
This is a beginner class, but you must have completed the Starter Program.
