Certified Instructor and Block Therapist, Heidi Hunter from Until Now Block Therapy invites you to join her LIVE on Zoom, for focusing on relieving lower back pain.
Let’s invite space and length into the core. This class targets the area from the SI joints to the lower back ribs. This will help open up this area and encourage the natural lumbar curve which many of us have lost. This will also benefit the psoas muscle, so we’ll be creating a lovely sense of calmness in the low back.
This is a more advanced class, so you will need to have completed the Starter Program.
