Certified Instructor and Block Therapist, Heidi Hunter from Until Now Block Therapy invites you to join her on Zoom, for a weekly Extended Block Therapy class in the comfort of your home.
Each Wednesday class will alternate between the three target areas – Core, Lower Body, Head/Neck and Arms.
