Are you curious about Block Therapy? or, would you like to deepen your Block Therapy self-healing practice with support and guidance? Do you have physical or emotional aches and pains that you would like to ease??
Join me over the summer for Block Therapy in the Park where we will learn to connect deeply with the breath and melt through scar tissue and compressed frozen fascia that is holding us in a state of dis-ease, dis-harmony, and im-balance. With our breathe and the block we will empower ourselves to release whatever is no longer serving us.
