Gratitude Class
Certified instructor and Block Therapist Heidi Hunter from Until Now Block Therapy invites you to a class on Zoom. A deep dive into the chest and ribcage will be a wonderful class to support lung and breast health and nurture self-care. Celebrate opening your heart, and breathe in gratitude. After all, it’s Canadian Thanksgiving.
This is a more advanced class, so you will need to have completed the Starter Program.
