Be a Blockhead! Certified instructor and Block Therapist Heidi Hunter from Until Now Block Therapy will help you develop a committed practice, and keep each other accountable with Sunday morning classes targeting different areas of the body, each week.
As you’ve learned in the Starter Program, the feet and the calves are a major cause site which can be the source of much chronic pain and misalignment all the way up the chain.
You may be saying “Whose feet are these?” after this class. We’ll free up and soften areas in the foot where the fascia has gripped tightly to bone. Blocking on all the major reflexology areas throughout the foot, you may be surprised how much pain has been stored in this tissue. This class is a way of saying THANK YOU to your feet that have tirelessly walked us through our lives.
