In the first week of the sampler programme (and a rolled-up towel) I got results better than I could imagine in my wildest dreams! My left foot that has been completely flat my whole life (48 years) now has an arch and is symmetrical with the right one. My knee is no longer pronated inwards and my until a week ago crooked spine is straight (scoliosis). My posture is much better and maybe the best of all - it has reversed the symptoms of my vaginal prolapse (I’ve had it a few months)! I also feel more in tuned with my body and my meditations feel deeper. Thank you so much for teaching me to heal myself!
