FASCIA FOUNDATIONS
MODULE 1
Ribcage & Pelvis: Learn how to bring balance and symmetry to your core through the ribcage and pelvis. This module includes additional corrective exercises to support proper diaphragmatic breathing. (41 min)
MODULE 2
Legs & Feet: Learn to release adhesions and improve blood flow to your legs and feet. This module also includes targeted techniques to create better hip mobility, reducing tension between your hips and lower back to decrease pain and improve movement. (37 min)
MODULE 3
Shoulders & Neck: In this module you will be opening the shoulder joints and freeing the forearms which will release tension to the upper back and neck. This module also includes breathing exercises to assist and support in opening up the chest. (35 min)

FAQs
Block Buddy: Is made from reclaimed elm uniquely designed to fit the contours of the body. Elm is used because it shares a similar density to bone. The size, proportion and rounded corners are meticulously designed to accommodate most body types. The Block Buddy is best for individuals over 5ft tall.
Block Baby: This is simply a smaller version of the Block Buddy. The Block Baby is designed to fit into smaller spaces where the Block Buddy feels overwhelming. Due to the incredible compression of your fascia, there are some very tight spaces that the Block Baby is used to reach. The Block Baby is best for individuals under 5ft tall.
Most of the people in our community prefer to have both sizes so they can interchange them as needed. There are also many Double Blocking classes in the BlockTherapy.TV membership that use both blocks.
Adding the Block Baby to the Block Therapy Starter Kit brings an extra dimension to the practice. The Block Baby can be exchanged for the Block Buddy to fit more comfortably in some positions where the Block Buddy may be overwhelming. It can also be more efficient at digging deeply into some very tight spaces. Many people like it for its portability, and how comfortable it is to use it passively around the house.
When Blockers are ready to level up in their practice, they can join the BlockTherapy.TV membership, which features many of our popular Double Blocking classes that use both the Block Buddy and Block Baby simultaneously, to a greater effect.
While the Block Baby can be purchased separately at a later date, it will save you money to purchase the Block Bundle Starter Kit.
