Prema McKeever is a somatic therapist, group workshop facilitator, and educator who combines more than 20 years of experience in Eastern medicine, meditation, emotional release work, and body-mind therapies. Her work is about guiding you in your journey to wholeness and clarity about who you really are.

Prema specializes in healing shame and trauma, and expanding the capacity for aliveness and connection. She is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, a lead trainer of the BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System, and facilitates the world-renown transformational process Path of Love. Rooted in the ever-expanding pursuit of healing, she sees her work and life as a journey of vulnerability and trust, and a slow yet potent opening toward self-compassion, presence, and conscious action in the world.
