Presentation: Activate Your Inner Healing Resources
Somatic Practitioner & Trauma Therapist
Prema McKeever is a somatic therapist, group workshop facilitator, and educator who combines more than 20 years of experience in Eastern medicine, meditation, emotional release work, and body-mind therapies. Her work is about guiding you in your journey to wholeness and clarity about who you really are.
Prema specializes in healing shame and trauma, and expanding the capacity for aliveness and connection. She is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, a lead trainer of the BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System, and facilitates the world-renown transformational process Path of Love. Rooted in the ever-expanding pursuit of healing, she sees her work and life as a journey of vulnerability and trust, and a slow yet potent opening toward self-compassion, presence, and conscious action in the world.
Discover how early trauma impacts the development of our nervous system and forms patterns of tension that shape our bodies and emotions. Learn how body-based techniques such as titration, pendulation, and breathwork can support your body’s natural process of releasing stored trauma, self-restricting patterns, and support the integration of challenging emotions.
Build Resilience Through Your Body & Breath
You will receive 2 recordings:
1) A series of gentle meditations to support increasing embodiment and build nervous system regulation.
2) A guided 1-hour full-body BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release session.
