Fluid Isometrics is an exercise in precision where you connect to the threads of entangled fascia, and untie them. As a next level practice in fascia decompression, this program is only for those who have a Starter Package as a minimum.

There are 3 modules, each containing 5-6 classes of instruction.
The classes are recorded, and you will have lifelong access to these as well as the modules.
