I love my new “Block Therapy Mat – Blue”. As someone with knee issues, I really appreciate the extra thickness and firmness of the mat. It really provides the cushioning that my knees and elbows need when blocking. The extra width and length is also helpful so that you don’t have to be constantly repositioning your whole body as you move from one block position to another. My mat arrived in good condition and within a reasonable delivery time.
