Description

Gift someone with a Block Therapy Gift Card so they can start their healing journey!

1. Either select an amount listed below or choose a custom amount that you would like to purchase for the recipient
2. Enter in the recipient’s email address
3. Enter in your name
4. Add an optional message that you want the recipient to receive
5. Select the date you would like the recipient to receive the e-gift card
6. Proceed to Checkout.

Please note: Gift Cards cannot be used towards the Block Therapy Membership.
