Taking Control of Your Body Has Never Been So Easy
Struggling with your size and shape can be extremely frustrating. Many can feel trapped, as they haven't found a solution that works.
We have been told over and over that there are 2 factors that contribute to weight loss and a reduction/elimination of cellulite:

I know, back in my twenties, I was in university for Athletic Therapy. I applied what I learned to try to get the body I longed for, yet the harder I worked, the bigger and more toxic I became. I hated my body and was so frustrated.

1. Size Loss - Space Gain
I don’t like using the term weight loss. A healthy size and shape is the goal, not the number on the scale. The reality is that compression from a collapsing posture, as well as from aging, causes ballooning.
There is an optimal amount of space inside the body. This allows for flow of nutrients to cells, and the removal of waste from cells. When we compress, we lose space in one area causing ballooning in another. But to add to this, the areas of compression also become toxic from a lack of flow, adding more size to the cells.
With Block Therapy, you will release the compressed areas and improve the flow to keep cells properly fed and clean. This results in a healthy alignment, as well as cells that are calm and relaxed – not cells that are ballooned and stressed.
2. Cellular Integration
Cellular migration is the migration of cells away from their rightful place under the influence of gravity, incorrect posture and unconscious breathing over time. In order to keep you from tipping over, fascia grips to bone; and it does this in a spiral fashion. This causes the appearance of cellulite, as well as pockets of fat (which is really displaced fascia). Those grips also block blood and oxygen flow to cells causing a lack of integration of tissue.
Block Therapy teaches you to release those grips, allowing cells to migrate back to proper alignment and become integrated back into healthy, functioning tissue.

3. Posture
Most people aren’t consciously aware of their posture - especially now with our dependency on technology. Without proper postural foundations, the body falls into its internal space causing compression and ballooning as well as cellular migration away from proper alignment.
Correct cellular alignment allows tissue to be optimally fed and cleaned. We want the nutrients we consume and the oxygen we breathe to be delivered to our cells for optimal health, as well as cellular waste to be removed from the cells. This keeps tissue aligned, smooth and healthy.
As proven in a study in 2014 from the Medical News Today, 84% of weight loss occurs via breathing - specifically the exhalation phase of the breath. Maintaining proper postural foundations ensures the diaphragm will work efficiently to gain the benefits from this.

4. Digestion & Detoxification

Practicing diaphragmatic breathing lifts the ribcage up and out of the core, taking away the internal pressure that causes bloating. Breathing with the diaphragm draws the air to the base of the lungs where the
majority of oxygen absorption occurs – it can feed the body up to 6 times the oxygen. This is extremely significant with respect to metabolism.

It all comes down to persuasion vs force.
