This program is for:

  • Anyone who is wanting to explore fascia release techniques on a partner (spouse, sibling, child, parent, friend…)
  • You and anyone you are comfortable being in close contact with
  • This will be a wonderful technique to provide for family/friends with disability as it will provide you with an understanding of how to address their fascia safely
  • If you are currently doing Block Therapy and want to add this to your toolbox, this will be a compliment to your practice as well you can apply this to family and friends who aren’t interested in the self care practice of Block Therapy
  • If you have not experienced Block Therapy but want to learn a profound and simple fascia release technique with a partner

You will learn:

  • How to use your body in various ways using little energy, thereby being accessible to everyone
  • How to leverage your bodyweight to apply pressure to release tension and adhesions in the fascia
  • How to build a stronger connection though communicating your limits to your partner, to gain the most benefit from this practice
  • How to both receive and give the healing benefits of fascia release to provide you with lifelong benefits of health and healing
