Block Therapy & Fluid Isometrics For Your Hands – 2 Hour Virtual Intensive

This 2 hour intensive is going to be a combination of Block Therapy and Fluid Isometrics focusing on your hands. Part of this class will be Block work to prepare the arms and shoulders to open and allow for greater flow to the hands. Then you will learn to melt through adhesions on the finger and thumb joints, as well as to get deep into the hands to increase your freedom and flexibility.
