Block for Kids – Our Exciting New Program!

I always felt the hardest job in the world is to be a parent – specifically, a mother. It’s funny, so many people have asked me how I have had the time to create Fluid Isometrics and Block Therapy and my response is – I’m not a mother.

For those of us that haven’t had the challenge and blessing of this role, it is hard to comprehend the overwhelming and constant need to be present. It’s not like you can take a holiday from your kids – at least while they are young. And for those of you who are faced with kids that aren’t well, all I can say is – Thank God for a Mother’s love! It is a force of nature like no other.

I do have something to contribute now, and it is thanks to an amazing Block Therapy Instructor who is a mother of 2 young boys, Penka Thompson. She spent the time with her 6-year-old son Alex to create Block for Kids. This is an easy to follow program that will give you and your child the benefits of health…..and sleep.

Kids today are faced with many challenges. I see the posture of the youth from technology being a massive factor in creating health issues. As you the parent know, if your kids aren’t healthy, the whole family suffers. Block for Kids is a program to improve posture and breathing which affects every aspect of your child’s well-being.

The greatest part is this is something you can do together. Teaching your child to self-care will save you so much in time and energy life-long, and the bonding experience will create an opportunity for deeper communication.

Staring now is the best time. The posture of the youth is a problem. It affects their sleep, digestion, and their ability to manage stress and be focused, not to mention their physical prowess. So give yourself the best gift of all – an approach to health that will save you tons of time and energy and allow you to get your rest.

Thank you to Mother’s out there – your strength and dedication to your child benefits every single one of us on this planet!

Trust

Trust is defined as the firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.
