Stress and anxiety don’t only live in the mind, they settle into the body.

Shallow breathing, a tight chest, clenched shoulders, a stomach that won’t unclench: these are the physical signatures of a nervous system stuck in the “on” position.

In this free 30-minute guided class, Deanna leads you through gentle fascia decompression focused on the diaphragm and breath, your body’s built-in pathway from stress back toward calm. By bringing slow, intentional breath into the places tension collects, you’ll begin to shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE

  • Where stress and tension are being held in the body
  • Use breath and fascia decompression to settle an activated nervous system
  • Build a simple fascia decompression practice you can return to anytime anxiety rises
