We recently ended our 21 Day Head, Neck and Face Challenge. I have to say I was blown away by everyone’s submissions, but these 3 stood out and I’m sure you will see why. The most exciting thing for me is when I see a change in the shape of the skull. This tells me how much more space has been created for the brain, and all the structures that make the head.
1st Place – Carol Wright
When we asked Carol how the program affected her day-to-day life/outlook, and what new freedoms she experienced, she shared, “Just nice to have fewer wrinkles and more freedom in my neck”.
When we asked her if she would recommend Block Therapy, she replied, “Give it a try, it’s a life changing modality.”
When we asked Diane how the program affected her day-to-day life/outlook, and what new freedoms she experienced, she shared, “I feel my skin is more elastic and if I have wrinkles caused by lying on something they go away faster. I still need to do more work. But the small changes inspire me.”

When we asked Tanis how the program affected her day-to-day life/outlook, and what new freedoms she experienced, she shared, “The right eye tissue has lessened, my cheekbones are starting to be visible, and my dark circles are much less. The biggest change I think was in the tissue above my right eye. It's still there, but much less of a heavy feeling and much less visible to me as I work. People have been commenting on how great I look, even though I really don't see that dramatic of a difference. It's nice that others notice. I will continue to add the tongue and jaw strengthening and the extra exercises to my daily block routine because I'm sure it will make a difference.”
When we asked her if she would recommend Block Therapy, she replied, “Block Therapy is unlike anything else meant to exercise your body. It allows you to get to know your body and how best to align everything so you can look and feel better. I had terrible plantar fascia when I started Block Therapy, and after some time of working on the Block, searching for the pain sites and persuading my body to heal itself, I no longer have any plantar fascia issues.
