Revitalization
Revitalization is defined as the action of imbuing something with new life and vitality. If you knew that each year of life you could imbue your body with new life and vitality, wouldn’t this be a goal you would want to pursue? This is what the process of Block Therapy is all about.
Once we reach a certain age, we begin to accept that aging is a normal process we all have to undergo. Afterall, this is what has happened to everyone through the ages. Even those that have put health at the top of their priorities accept that in time, their body will start to break down, their energy will begin to wane, and their mind may not be as sharp as it once was. This is how it has always been, to varying degrees depending on a number of factors, but at the end of the day, aging is a part of life.
What if it didn’t have to be. What if we could go through time without accumulating the damaging effects of gravity on the body and mind. What if we could defy that which we have come to accept and see a different approach. Afterall, even in the bible it mentions the longest living human figure, Methuselah, lived to 969 years of age.
I don’t think many of us would even want to consider living close to 1000 years, but what if we could extend our lives even 10 to 20 years, but more importantly, live young until we die. The latter is the goal I have, to not go through any degenerative processes until it’s my time to leave; to not suffer the devastating effects many have undergone while living, but to really live until we die.
I believe this can happen, as well as extending life to some degree. Gravity has a way of dragging us down. Moment after moment, like waves sculpting the landscape, gravity is a never-ending force that shapes our container; and everything it stores. The good news is that we, being the drivers of our container/body, can balance that force with understanding of the fascia system and the conscious diaphragmatic breath.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. This is a fundamental law of physics. The equal and opposite reaction to gravity is the full conscious exhalation as it lifts us against this relenting force. As long as we are breathing, it is a constant we can rely on; but we have to be conscious in order for this to be true. Surrendering to fear and letting the reactive mechanism of chest breathing become the norm takes you away from the powerful diaphragm muscle and allows gravity to gain, pulling you down and making you heavy and dense.
The great news is, even if you have been unconscious and now exist in a body riddled with challenges, this can be undone. Those adhesions that gravity creates in the body are simply a build-up of collagen that was needed temporarily as we fell out of balance. Had balance been regained in the moment, the adhesions would have been temporary, but with time, they accumulate and entangle, giving them a power over our body that is almost unimaginable. But they are still temporary, they just need to be melted.
Block Therapy takes you through a process of undoing what time and unconscious living have done. It is a discipline, but with a little bit of daily application and some adjustments in how you breathe and move, gains can continually be made in the opposite direction. The magic lies in the combination of moving in with the block from the surface of the body, melting through the layers of adhesions, and turning on the internal furnace as taught with strengthening proper diaphragmatic breathing. Heating simultaneously from inside and outside creates an exponential affect at melting the adhesions so to feed cells previously blocked, awakening them to their intention of taking care of you.
This isn’t too good to be true. We have a large community of people, and many of them in their senior years, who are experiencing the reverse aging benefits of this system. Revitalization is happening. Being a new modality, who knows what this means as we continue to move through time. What I do know is for those making this a lifestyle, many are waking up to a new life purpose as they no longer feel defeated from the raging effects of time.
What would it feel like to know you can steer the way you age in a greater capacity than previously known? Would you continue to learn new skills and have experiences that you would have thought only ideal in your younger years? You would be wise with time but young in body, mind and spirit!
These are questions that many in my community would answer differently than before beginning this practice. If you would like to be part of the conversation, our private Facebook community is filled with incredible success stories and offerings of guidance and support from those who will share with you their experience. Here is the direct link to join. I would love to see you there!
