Winners of the 30 Day Lower Body Challenge

This 30 day challenge has been one of the most rewarding yet! With 64 participants submitting their before-and-after photos, the decision to select the top 3 winners was incredibly difficult. Every single participant demonstrated remarkable improvements in their overall body alignment, proving once again that focusing on the lower body can create transformative changes throughout the entire body. After all, when we work on the foundation, everything connected to it shifts as well, often revealing profound improvements in areas far from the point of focus.

First Place: Lori Keating

Our first winner is Lori Keating. Lori’s transformation is nothing short of inspiring. She managed to release a significant imbalance in her legs, which had previously affected her entire posture. Through focused dedication, she not only addressed this asymmetry but also embraced her new alignment. This shift is just the beginning for Lori, and I have no doubt that with her continued commitment to Block Therapy, her progress will keep impressing us. Lori, congratulations on this incredible transformation!

Second Place: Walter Kells

Our second winner is Walter Kells. Already a well-known and respected member of our community, Walter's progress reflects his daily commitment to Block Therapy. His transformation is undeniable—from his improved core alignment to the visible lift in his ribcage and neck. Even his hair growth patterns have changed! His cleaner, more vibrant cells reflect the benefits of his consistent practice. Walter not only continues to achieve amazing results but also inspires others with his dedication and effort. Thank you for being such a powerful role model in our community, Walter!

Choosing the third place winner was no easy task, so we’ve decided to declare a tie!

Third Place: Pamela Ziemann

Pamela Ziemann truly mastered her foundation during this challenge. Her improved leg alignment is clear in the positioning of her knees and feet, the lift in her quads, and the improved integration of her glutes. Her tissues look cleaner, and the overall lengthening of her legs, thanks to her repositioned pelvis, is evident. The positive effects are visible beyond her legs too—her belly and lower back have found new length, her ribcage has lifted, and her arms now hang more naturally. Pamela, your commitment shines through in every aspect of your transformation!

Third Place: Pauline Loiselle

Pauline Loiselle deserves special recognition as well for her incredible improvement in kyphosis. Her transformation proves that working on the foundation can have a dramatic effect on areas higher up the body. Pauline’s progress is a testament to the power of Block Therapy and the profound changes it can bring to posture and alignment when the lower body is properly addressed.

To everyone who participated: I’m in awe of your dedication and vulnerability. Every single one of you made noticeable improvements to your alignment, and you’re all well on your way to finding greater space and balance in your bodies. This challenge was a joy to witness, and I’m so grateful for this wonderful community.

In closing, congratulations to each and every one of you—you are all winners!

Breathe & Believe,

Deanna
