21-Day Facelifter Challenge: And the Winners Are…

Every time we complete one of these challenges, I find myself saying the same thing: choosing the top transformations becomes harder and harder. This round was no exception. We received 150 before-and-after submissions, and I am truly inspired by the dedication, consistency, and enthusiasm everyone brought to the process.

While it would be wonderful to name everyone a winner, in many ways that is exactly what has happened. The real victory lies in the changes themselves: the shifts you can see, feel, and experience within your body.

Watch the Top Five Transformations

To make this announcement more engaging, rather than simply describing the results in writing, Jane Mann, whom many of you enjoyed during our last live Zoom session focused on the eyes, and I recorded a special video together. In it, we walk through the top five transformations, highlighting both the obvious and the more subtle changes in facial structure, symmetry, skin texture, and lift that occur through this practice.

Beyond the Face: Whole-Body Shifts

While witnessing the visible transformations is incredibly exciting, what brings me the greatest sense of fulfillment are the improvements participants experience throughout their entire body and overall health. Some of the most profound shifts came from the additional live classes shared during the challenge, where I guided participants into areas of the body many people have never explored before.

The deep work inside the nose, mouth, and eyes created remarkable releases, not only locally, but throughout the body. One participant shared that while working deep inside her nose, she suddenly felt a release in her left groin. Another reported changes in anxiety and deeper tensions within the body, while someone else simply shared that she feels happier. This is one of the most fascinating aspects of fascia decompression: everything the body experiences involves the fascia, which connects and communicates throughout the entire system.

What the Eyes Reveal

One of the things Jane and I highlight in every transformation is the change in the eyes. Fascia acts as a bridge between the nervous system and the outer world. The traumas we experience become programmed and patterned into the body, often reflected in our facial expressions. In many of the "before" photos, the eyes appear tense or startled, almost as if bracing for a fall.

And in many ways, that is exactly what is happening.

Trauma, Alignment, and the Body's Slow-Motion Fall

When trauma patterns accumulate over time, they gradually pull the body out of alignment, creating a slow-motion version of a fall. Over the years, the body adapts to this subtle downward collapse. If you imagine the expression you might make if you were about to fall, you may recognize that same expression held in the face day after day.

The After: Calm, Confident, and Alive

In the after photos, however, something very different appears. The eyes soften. The nervous system looks calm and relaxed. A quiet confidence begins to shine through.

When the body begins to stack into better alignment, internal tension dissolves. The parasympathetic nervous system can finally come online, allowing the body to settle into a state of safety and ease. This is where true vitality emerges, where you reconnect with a version of yourself that feels spacious, balanced, and alive from within.

Congratulations to Our Winners

I know you will love seeing the transformations from our winners. But remember: there are no losers in this challenge. Anyone who commits to this work with persistence and care experiences meaningful change. When you create space within your body, you naturally become a light that others are drawn to.

Congratulations to Karen Hursh, Lorie Tesch, Liz Daniels, Walter Kells, and Deborah Blackstone.
