Release Your Back and Straighten Your Spine – May 22nd

Doing Block Therapy for your back can be a little tricky. We age in a forward, rotational direction so to simply put the Block under your back can be uncomfortable and awkward. I am excited to share this 2 Hour Virtual Intensive that will show you some amazing ways at getting to those tricky back pains, in a comfortable and relaxed manner.

Don’t get me wrong, you will be going deep, but the process is kind and the results will be so worth it when you stand up and feel the tension melt away.

The best feeling for me after preparing this class was the relief for my adrenal glands. For most of you they are exhausted and my immediate awareness was that I felt extremely calm. This work feeds those glands and help to align them so blood and oxygen flow can reach them properly. I also found areas of tension that were so deep I didn’t know they were there, until I made direct contact with them on the block. It was like scratching an itch…finally.

Learning how to take care of your fascia is the best gift you can give yourself. That is what Block Therapy is all about – it teaches you to become your own health advocate.

Join me Tuesday night at 7:00pm central for the Live Class, and if you can’t make it, the recording is sent to you for your continued use lifelong.

If you want to be part of the conversation and see what other Block Therapy enthusiasts are saying, join the Block Therapy members private group. This is an amazing resource where those who practice answer your questions and concerns.

I look forward to seeing you there,

Breathe & Believe
