A Fluid Matrix

Many people may not realize that whatever thoughts are going through your mind are being heard by your cells. If you knew that self-limiting thoughts and conversations you have about yourself have an impact on your health and outward expression, you may be inclined to change the dialogue.

In Greg Braden’s book, Walking Between the Worlds, The Science of Compassion, he shares the difference between the frequency of love and fear.

If cells are in correct alignment, they have optimal space. Space allows for ease of passage of nutrients into the cells, and the removal of waste away from the cells. If optimal space is maintained, there is no stress on the body and the cells remain youthful and healthy.

So how do we maintain space throughout the entire body lifelong?

We are the most complex of all beings on the planet. We are like a building, and like a river.

Like a building, we are made up of floors and walls, have communication systems and pathways to carry electrical signals, move fluids, bring food and remove waste and control the temperature within through a heating and cooling system.

If all works well, there is an efficiency and the people inside the building, or the cells inside the body can perform their functions with ease.

Like a river where water flows through the banks, fluids and energy flow through the body. Energy moves in a wave if there are no obstructions, but when it encounters a barrier, it begins to spiral, eventually becoming chaotic.

Also, like a river, we require a specific range of temperature to stay liquid. If water freezes, it becomes ice and lacks flow. If fascia freezes, like ice, it also lacks flow.

For the body to have solid foundations, strong walls and optimal flow, we need to be conscious of both posture and breath. Conscious posture holds the cells in their rightful position, conscious breathing keeps the body optimally heated and moves the energy throughout.

Conscious posture is achieved when the integrity of the floors and walls are maintained. If so, optimal space is maintained within for there to be an ease of flow.

If posture is compromised at any of the foundations, there is a collapsing of the structure, depleting the internal space. As the integrity of the floors and walls continue to weaken and breakage ensues, there is meshing of the contents and chaos results. We become shorter and wider.

All things function best when they are in an optimal temperature range. If anything is situated in areas where temperatures drop below freezing, flow ceases. This is true of vehicles, buildings where pipes can freeze . . .and even bodies.
