Self-care – The Key to Navigating Challenging Times

This is a time we are all likely feeling beaten, confused, frustrated and down-right angry. A time when we are being bombarded with mixed messages from many directions, making us feel unsure and anxious. This increase in stress keeps our sympathetic nervous system firing constantly, and our health is paying the price. I know, I am struggling with a sense of loss and it’s really hard to be the best version when there are forces acting to disrupt our health and well-being.

Having said that, something we need to consider and understand is that you have more control than you realize. When you tap into your fascia, you connect to an entire universe of your own making. It is fascinating to explore the depths of your being with intention and compassion, and the information you receive takes you to a new level of self-awareness.

Your body is the container for your soul. Right now, most of us are living from the perspective of our five senses and what we perceive from them. We are also much more than that. 

We have been created to express the highest wisdom and truth that life has to offer. Each and every one of us is a beacon of light just waiting to be turned on, so we can shine our version into the world to impact it with grace. Right now is the best time to awaken this awareness.

Pain, fear and stress all cause you to reactively hold the breath. The breath is what connects you to your highest self -- the one that can see through misinformation and act with courage and confidence. Right now, more than ever, you need to shine your light into the world.

As you decompress your fascia and connect to your conscious breath, you literally create more space for your light to shine outward. The more you connect to your deeper cells, the more you impact those around you with your positive vibration. You don’t have to do anything more than simply be a body who represents health, peace and calm. This is the preferred state for us to live, no matter the external situation, and when people connect to you, they immediately gain benefit from your intention and love.

I encourage you to shut out the noise; turn off the news, accept this moment as a gift to rest, and turn into yourself. No matter what, you will benefit immensely from the peace and health this brings to your cells, body and life. We are going through an immensely powerful time and we have all chosen to be here to make a better world for future generations. The more of us who give purpose and intention to their vibration, the better the outcome will be for us all.

I invite you to take the time, everyday, and simply connect to yourself. It’s not about Block Therapy, it’s about Fascia Decompression and Conscious Breathing. Whatever process, system or tools you use doesn’t matter, as long as you give yourself time for self-care.
