Meet Bahamas Block Therapy™ Instructor Rachael Aberle
Block Therapy™ is now being taught in The Bahamas!
Congratulations to our newest Certified Block Therapy™ Instructor Rachael Aberle from The Bahamas!
Rachael is a Certified Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, BodyTalk™ Practitioner, and most recently, a Certified Block Therapy™ Instructor.
With 15 years experience in body work, Rachael loves that Block Therapy™ combines meditation, exercise and therapy all in one. Since beginning the practice, she has personally experienced remarkable improvement in her tissue health, body alignment, breathing and body awareness.
She is grateful to have discovered the practice of Block Therapy™ – quite ‘by accident’ while on a visit to her hometown of Freeport, Bahamas in July 2015, and she hasn’t looked back since!
Rachael believes the Block Buddy™ is the perfect therapeutic tool to help people unlock physical, mental and emotional restrictions. She enjoys the freedom she experiences within her own body and the improvement in her overall well-being.
Rachael is passionate about empowering others, so she was particularly drawn to the fact that Block Therapy™ empowers people to take their health into their own hands, improve their quality of life and realize their true potential.
She also grows organic micro greens and sprouts with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time you can find Rachael in the boat, walking the beach collecting sea treasures, or spending time with family and friends.
Rachael currently lives in Abaco, Bahamas, and is the very first Certified Block Therapy™ Instructor in the country and as well as the first in all of The Caribbean! She has lived in Costa Rica and Switzerland, and speaks Spanish, German and Swiss German.
She looks forward to using Block Therapy™ to reintroduce you to your diaphragm, guiding you to create a body that supports you at the cellular level and to teaching you how to BREATHE and BELIEVE in yourself!
