Strengthen, Tone and Sculpt Your Arms with our Facebook Live Class

*Update* We’re doing this class again!

We’ll be Live again on Tuesday June 5th at 7:00 – 8:30pm Central time.

People want to have strong and toned looking arms, yet often the more you work out, the bulkier they become. This was my experience when I did weights. I wanted to have sleek looking arms and instead, they became thick.

This class is going to do 3 things:

  • it will isometrically strengthen your arms in proper alignment,
  • it will release the tissue that has collapsed into the shoulder joint for proper integration of muscle to improve strength and range of motion,
  • it will lengthen the tissue to give you a strong yet sculpted appearance.

For those who work out in the gym, this class will be a surprising change. Using the weight of the block, proper breath work and work on the block, you will leave with a new understanding of how to strengthen your fascia. You will also be blown away at how fast the aesthetic change will be.

Join Quinn and me for this class so you can get ready for summer and wear those sleeveless shirts! Like our Facebook Page and watch the video below to learn how to make sure you get the notification for when we Live.

I look forward to seeing you there!

Breathe & Believe,
Deanna
